The Nepal roadshow visits a park high up in the Eastern Himalayas which is now to be protected as a ‘Gift to the Earth’. It also shows how the National Park provides refuge for sloth bears and a recovering rhino population. The team looks at the harmful impact of tourism on the fragile economy of the Himalayas - and on Kathmandu’s ancient water system - which is at breaking point.
