Is water a gift from God, a human right, or just a resource to be traded like any other? Now the World Health Organisation is using the concept of human rights to help achieve clean water for all and to find remedies for the crisis in governance, which, they argue, denies people their right to life. This film visits communities in Ghana and Bolivia who are now fighting for their rights to water.
